• Overall, the process isn’t easy and involves dropping off the check by visiting their office and multiple calls and to confirm the reservation.
• They are known to not give access to the center for the assigned fob and leaving you at the mercy of the person being able to help you during the weekend.
• WiFi and AC also seem to cause issues.

we are implementing new internal operating procedures to ensure that every homeowner who makes a reservation is able to successfully access the Amenity Center.

Here’s what’s changing:

Fob Access Verification – 7 Days in Advance Beginning immediately, our team will verify the access fob number listed on each reservation at least seven (7) days before the reservation date. This will allow us to confirm that the fob is correctly programmed and functioning in our system.

Advance Notification for Replacements If the access fob is not active or cannot be verified, we will contact the homeowner as soon as possible to inform them and provide instructions for obtaining a replacement—well in advance of their reservation date.

Day-of Reservation Access Issues If you experience any issues accessing the Amenity Center on the day of your reservation, please call the AMG Office at 512-877-7770. If necessary, our team will provide you with the code to the lockbox containing the Amenity Center keys.
